¹³ So Peter and John went into the city. They found everything that Jesus had told them about. So they prepared the Passover meal.

¹⁴ When it was time to eat the meal, Jesus arrived. He sat down with his apostles to eat it. ¹⁵ He said to them, ‘I have wanted very much to eat this Passover meal with you. It has to happen before I die.
